  2. 2. Compile and fault-test the NinjaTrader AddOn.
  3. 3. Complete at least 20 clean Sim101 sessions and 25 broker-verified round trips.
  4. 4. Record zero rule violations and zero unresolved reconciliations.
  5. 5. Perform a separate owner-reviewed live-authorization change.
